For Builders

Residential construction has many moving parts which require coordination and trust within your team and the trades you hire. If you are building 1 home or 100 homes, your goal is to always turn over the best quality product for your client in a predetermined timeline. A.D.M recognizes the carrying costs of a projects while it is under construction and how important completion dates are for not only the profit of the company, but to the promise they gave to their clients.

Let’s dive into why we follow 3 key qualities which a builder-to-trade relationship must have and what we call the A.D.M Process.

Collaborate

The ultimate definition of working together! The best way to build comfort is to get to know your client and how you operate your business and vice versa.

Step 1 is to meet your team and explain who ADM is and what we offer.
  • A residential glass company offering custom tailored showers, mirrors, railings, gym rooms, wine cellars, and decorative glass.
  • We provide detailed quotes within 48hrs
  • Offer meetings with your team to review design and on-site questions
  • Builder marketing discounts
  • Match your company’s warranty
  • Multiple vendor alternatives
  • Assign specialized install teams
Step 2 is you tell us about you, and what services you require?

We want to get to know our clients and their teams. ADM believes that building and maintaining strong relationships can significantly enhance business success. Trust, communication, and mutual respect are key components that can lead to long-term partnerships and loyalty. Fostering these relationships can differentiate a business in a competitive market.

  • Describe what services you require?
  • Who manages your projects and how is information communicated? A.D.M is familiar with a variety of management software.
  • What is your workflow process? Is your project manager skilled in knowing where additional backing is required, complete frame checks, electrical positioning checks, and in floor heat mapping.
  • What are your expected leads times, so we ensure our work is complete for the next stage of the build.

Our reps will spend time with project managers to educate them in all areas of glass install so the project is not delayed because of oversight.

Coordinate

Coordination is an integral part in the success of any project. With many different trades and inspections happening, each component of the build must be in sequence of the other.

To simplify communications, A.D.M will pair you with the best suited representative who will handle all design, quote and site communication. Your representative will then:

  • Review your 3-month projection with you and set tentative timelines for communication. (This will be done quarterly)
  • Describe timelines for each project and what is required from you to meet your deadlines.
  • Source and procure speciality hardware in advance.
  • Set firm install dates.
  • Conduct a site review once the work has been completed.

Accomplish

Putting it all together!

The fun part is watching it all unfold and become a tangible reality. If we know what you need and have a plan on how to get there, we then show you exactly what ADM stands for. Integrity, honesty, and quality which is reflected in our on-site installations.
